Kgotso Dipyere

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)


Bio

Has a Financial Management, Cost Management, Engineering, (PMP) and Commercial LAW experience in construction sector for over 16 Years.

He has been involved in Financial modelling and has extensive experience in: Systems Designs and Diagnostics in the construction environment. Deal structuring and financial modelling and has been involved in an advisory role in one of the largest BEE deals in the construction sector.He also has been Senior Program Manager and Chief Operational Officer for construction companies.


Madapu Nhlapo

Chief Operating Officer (COO)


Bio

Madapu is a CFA® charter holder with over 13 years’ experience in providing financial advice in relation to finance raising, structuring and regulatory reviews for major infrastructure projects

Our initiatives arise from the ever growing and changing technology environment as well as the effect this growth has on our lives. We coordinate and facilitate the community awareness and acknowledgement on participating in this highly sophisticated technological environment in order to build a compatible community to this competitive world of innovation and to be partakers in the assistance of providing tailor-made solutions needed by municipalities and private sector, through PPP(Public Private Partnerships) established between us and stakeholders.

We extend our services by funding our projects upfront and be paid after the Roll-Out of the projects at a later state as shall be negotiated between us and stakeholders to the services.

We also facilitate and coordinate funding of Backlog projects with the intention to accelerate and expedite service delivery.
